Motor Biking Through Europe (Cheap Bike Options?)

I'm planning a 3 month long trip to Europe (From the U.S.) where I'll just be traveling around on a motor bike. The best quote I've been able to find is around 1500 a month for a European rental. Do any of you know of alternative/cheaper options? Any help is appreciated.
