Hi Everyone!
Long time lurker here. My wife and I are in between jobs and would love to travel for ~7 weeks. We're currently in the states and thinking of going to Australia + New Zealand from April 24 - June 10th.
Looking online, this is going to hit the winters in these countries. Coming from NYC, I definitely do not want to go somewhere cold.
Wondering what are people's thoughts on traveling to Australia/NZ during these weeks? Will it be really cold? Will it be rainy? We were thinking of going to AUD/NZ since it's just so hard to get to, however also would want to make sure we have a good time and not have the trip be less than ideal due to the weather.
Would love people's thoughts!
