US Citizen - healthcare in Netherlands and Sweden for one month visit

Hi. I am a US citizen that will be staying in Sweden for a week then heading over to The Netherlands for two or three weeks. Currently I use an HMO for healthcare in the US. Everything even a few miles away is out of network. What do travelers do for healthcare emergencies while in Sweden or The Netherlands?
