Please tell me if my Austria / Croatia itinerary is too crazy

The itnerary is as follows (18 nights total): Arrive in Dubrovnik (stay 3 nights) Bus to Split (stay 4 nights with day trips to Hvar and Krka National Park) Bus to Plitvice Lakes (stay 1 night) Bus to Zagreb (stay 2 nights) Bus to Vienna (stay 4 nights) Train to Salzburg (stay 2 nights with a day trip to Wefren) Train Innsbruck (stay 3 nights) https://preview.redd.it/3le1cmykwkw...bp&s=1a7c74bde2c725e9acb7c8d47906cfc2521c1b09 I have a few questions: Am I travelling too much and not allowing enough rest? Am I staying too long in some places, and not long enough in others? Am I missing any critical destinations in either country (without straying to far from the route)? Can you recommend any tourist attractions or places I must check out at any of the destinations (especially hiking recommendations for a newbie near Salzburg / Innsbruck)?
