My cat is depressed :(

Hey guys, I’m kind of stuck on what to do. My parents and my siblings have gone overseas a few days ago so the house has been quiet. My 6 month old kittens behaviour has completely changed. She won’t eat her favourite food I’ve tried multiple times. I’m always trying to comfort her. Her tail is also dragging on the floor. When she walks she is sort of limping, she looks like she doesn’t have the energy to walk. She usually runs away when you try touch her because she’s not very affectionate but now she just refuses to move or even sniff my hand. I’m taking her to the vet tomorrow to check if there’s any underlying health problems… but I’m not sure what to do I’m worried.
