I'm currently looking at the India-Nepal itinerary and want some input on route choice, if it is doable and time use. Currently the plan is to fly into Delhi January 22nd and stay there for a couple of days to rest. Then rent a motorbike for 35 days and ride out of Delhi and through the marked route with days in each city: Agra (2 days) Lucknow (1-2 days) Goranpur (1-2 days) Chitwan (2-3 days) Kathmandu (2-3 days) Pokhara (2-3 days) Then either ride through the mountains or the lowlands through Nepal (6-8days) [Pokhara - Musikot - Birendranagar - Sigaudi - Amargadhi - Bhimdatta] [Pokhara - Lamahi - Kohalpur - Lamkichuha - Bhimdatta] Moradabad (1-2 days) Depending on how long it takes if we have 7-10 days we'd want to do some of Rajasthan: Janpur (1-2 days) Jodhpur (1-2 days) Barmer (1 day) Jaisalmar (2-3 days) Bikaner (1 day) After this we'd stay a couple of days in Delhi, before going to Pakistan for 1-2 weeks and then back to Delhi to fly home. The itininerary is pretty rough and we'll be open to altering it while we are there as we come over places to explore, or if we want to stay some extra days/less days in one place. Outside of anyone thinking we're gonna die driving motorcycles in India/Nepal: Do you think this is doable, or would you use more days on the trip east and skip Rajasthan? Are there any places you would skip or add?
