He was diagnosed and medicated previously in Ukraine but he needs to be rediagnosed in the U.S. before he can be treated since his documents were lost in the war. A vet has seen him already but getting a cardiologist is a whole other thing entirely particularly when they came to the U.S. with nothing and can barely afford their own healthcare working essentially nonstop.
