The Brandywine Zoo’s beloved event, “Brew at the Zoo,” is making its much-anticipated comeback on the evening of May 31, from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. This special occasion will feature an array of Delaware’s finest breweries and eateries, offering a memorable night out for attendees. The Delaware Zoological Society, a charitable organization dedicated to supporting the Brandywine Zoo, is behind this fundraising initiative.

Attendees will have the opportunity to explore the zoo’s habitats, engaging with the resident animals while enjoying a selection of beers, wines, spirits, and culinary delights, all in the company of fellow wildlife supporters. The event’s ambiance will be further enhanced by live music and the chance to experience intimate animal encounters. Admission includes access to all food and drink offerings.

Pricing is as follows: Zoo Members at $45, Non-Members at $55, and a Non-Alcoholic option at $35. Tickets can be purchased online.

An early bird discount of $5 is available for those who book by April 30, using the promotional code EARLY BIRD.

This event is open to individuals who are 21 years of age and older. Regrettably, children and pets cannot be accommodated. The event will proceed regardless of weather conditions. While parking is complimentary, space is limited.

The event location is at the Brandywine Zoo, situated at 1001 North Park Drive, Wilmington, Delaware, 19802.

If you’re unable to join, consider supporting the Brandywine Zoo by participating in their online auction fundraiser, which begins on May 1 at 8 a.m. EDT and concludes on May 8 at 9 p.m. EDT. A variety of unique vacations and animal-themed items will be available for bidding.

Becoming a member of the Delaware Zoological Society offers benefits such as discounted event admissions, complimentary year-round entry, and reduced rates at many other U.S. zoos.

Operated by the Delaware Division of Parks and Recreation and supported by the Delaware Zoological Society, the Brandywine Zoo is proud to be the only zoo in Delaware accredited by the Association of Zoos & Aquariums (AZA), signifying its commitment to excellence in animal care, welfare, and educational experiences.
