What would you suggest for people who claim to have seen everything

As someone who's a bit of a 'picky watcher' I often feel like I've seen everything that's good and lapse into rewatching something more often than not. I'm sure however this is not actually true and there's plenty of great movies I've not watched or even heard of.

No genre restrictions except horror or movies you would say has gross imagery/visuals.
