Taking Valium through a Singapore layover

Can I take Valium through a connection in Singapore? I won't be leaving the airport

I've just been told Singapore is really serious about any sort of drugs, mild or strong and now I'm worrying about some valium I have, I'm doing a 3 hour connection at Singapore on Monday and I don't want to run into any problems.

Any advice?

They are not prescribed but I can get a prescription if needs be
