Hi, guys!!! So, my wife and I will be visiting Europe next January, and we’re planning to go skiing at some point.
We’ve only been to one town in the Alps before. Zermatt. And we loved every second.
I’m looking for recommendations of villages that are similar to Zermatt. Towns with tons of snow, including in the village. Also, we’d like some place with shops, cafes and upscale restaurants for some fine dining.
Preferably in France or Austria.
I’ve been thinking about Kitzbühel, but there’s a chance the village will have zero snow, and that’s kind of a bummer.
Also been wondering about Courchevel, but I’m not quite sure.
What do you guys think? Any recommendations?
