The doctor asks, "So, what brought you in today? How can I help?"
The guy sighs. "Well doc, there's a few things. For starters, I feel tired a lot lately. Like, I got no energy at all."
The guy rolls his shoulders a bit, and winces. "I also got some aches and pains. 'Specially in my right arm and my right hand. They're really sore."
Then, the guy leans in a little, and says, in a low voice, "And, uh... things are looking a little weird... ya know? Downstairs. Like, kinda red and agitated... it's real sensitive down there. Hurts a bit."
The doctor sounds a little exasperated when he says, "Well, okay. For starters, you're going to have to stop masturbating for a while."
The guy looks horrified. "Aw no! Why doc?!"
