His career boasts stints at renowned establishments including Shangri-La Bengaluru, Shangri-La Dubai, Shangri-La Shanghai, Shangri-La Abu Dhabi, Shangri-La New Delhi, the Dubai World Trade Centre, and The Park hotels.
Mr. Manish’s strategic acumen and hands-on approach are poised to elevate the hotel’s F&B offerings, setting higher service standards and solidifying its reputation as a dining destination of choice. His duties will encompass optimizing team performance, integrating F&B trends into culinary offerings, and ensuring seamless F&B operations.
