* WHAT...Flooding caused by water surges along Rio Guanajibo due to previous yesterday's excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Rio Guanajibo is out of its bank flooding portions of the PR-114 and PR-347. * WHEN...Until 1100 AM AST. * IMPACTS...Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water. It will take several hours for all the water from these storms to work through local drainage systems in urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 507 AM AST, The USGS river gauge reports the river is out of its bank.
