Fastest way to get vet paperwork?

Hello, me and my fiance are trying to move into a lovely rental home for a new job. The thing is- they required a picture of our pet, and immediately upon sending it they told me “he looks like a pit bull.” I assured them that no, she is not. She is a jack russel/labrador mix, perhaps with a tinge of boxer. Quite the mutt but she’s beautiful. I digress, I really want to get this home. It is perfect, but they may deny us due to their notions that she is a pit bull. I was wondering what the fastest way to get vet paperwork is to have them “officiate” her breed as what she is. I lost her original paperwork during our last move (my fault I know roast me ). Does that Dutch online service provide that sort of paperwork? Or do I need to pray a local vet will be able to schedule me this week before they pass the home to someone else?
