Any money market yield alternatives in ETF format that can be purchased in brokerage accounts?

Looking for alternatives to the 5% some brokerages offer on stuff like money markets and cash sweeps. Could be t-bill rates, 5% or whatever, just looking for stuff that would behave (very stable no volatility) much like a money market account or fund.

Stuff like CLIP or BIL, or any alternatives with slightly better yields that are stable like a rock. The more boring the better lol.
