In this enduring agreement, the focus lies on enhancing travel experiences by offering flexibility, exclusive packages, and cost-saving opportunities for both leisure and corporate clientele. Simultaneously, it fuels the mutual growth ambitions of both entities.

Minor Hotels is on a rapid expansion trajectory, with plans to augment its global portfolio by over 200 hotels by 2026. dnata, in close collaboration, will facilitate the introduction of new hotel and resort ventures, leveraging dual-brand business prospects.

This strategic alliance encompasses various facets including dynamic distribution for leisure and corporate travelers, wholesale distribution for travel industry partners, integration of destination management company (DMC) services to enrich travel and on-site experiences, as well as a concerted effort towards sustainability programs and initiatives.

Leisure Travel:
Minor Hotels is rolling out dynamic rates to dnata Travel Group brands across all markets served by the Emirates Group. This initiative grants leisure travelers access to a variety of direct rate options from every brand within Minor Hotels’ esteemed portfolio, which includes Anantara Hotels & Resorts, Tivoli Hotels & Resorts, Avani Hotels & Resorts, NH Hotels & Resorts, NH Collection Hotels & Resorts, nhow Hotels, Oaks Hotels, Resorts & Suites, and the Elewana Collection. Under the dnata umbrella, travel agencies will curate preferred travel packages featuring stays at select Minor Hotels destinations.

Moreover, Minor Hotels is integrating with dnata Travel Group’s DMC businesses – Arabian Adventures and Destination Asia – as well as its leisure, MICE, cruise, and ancillary sectors. This integration aims to enhance traveler flexibility in booking dynamic packages and on-site experiences. Plans are underway to streamline direct access to booking a comprehensive range of premium activities and travel extras at the resort level.

Corporate Travel:
A bespoke corporate agreement with Minor Hotels will extend access to direct rates across all Minor Hotel brands within its global network to dnata Travel Group’s corporate travel business and its clients. This collaboration promises added flexibility, savings, and other perks for companies and their corporate travelers.

Travel Trade:
Minor Hotels is collaborating with dnata Travel Group’s Yalago brand, a rapidly growing leisure accommodation wholesale specialist, on a sustainable distribution agreement within the B2B realm. This collaborative, enduring wholesale strategy is designed to provide significant savings throughout Minor Hotels’ global network for both trade partners and travelers.
