I hate my mom’s dog

I have my own girl dog and she’s the best dog ever but when it comes to my mom’s dog i hate him so much i wish him death… he pees all over the house (baseboards, any item on the floors, couches, dinning room chairs, on our sleeping PILLOWS, blankets, bed legs, literally anywhere he feels like it) and he also attacks us for any little reason (bitting wise) the house smells like absolute piss everywhere and it’s so disgusting and when we mop it’s useless because the odor turns into like if you cracked eggs all over the floor. My girl dog is potty trained so she always pees on her pad and he poops on it as well (SOMETIMES) he’s just really nasty and idk how to tell them to get rid of him because they just don’t want to i will have a baby by the end of October and i feel like he will piss on the carseat when left on the floor, he’s probably going to pee on anything toy or set up that i have for my baby and i’m just going crazy at this point
