For context, I solo travelled two years ago, to Vietnam and loved it. It was my first solo trip and was a grad trip.
Now I’m on day zero of my Japan trip (2 weeks) and I don’t know how to face it. I don’t know how to face not talking to anyone (I’m introverted and don’t usually strike out a convo), having to experience/enjoy the trip by myself, and also having random thoughts throughout the day that I can’t share with anyone.
