Looking to travel with my partner in December and we’ve been eyeing Latin, South, and Central America, particularly Costa Rica, Argentina, Brazil, DR, and open to other suggestions anyone has!
My partner has to work for a few days to a week, then the rest of the trip we can easily travel around. We’ve been going back and forth about these countries because we are hoping to find a place that - Is accessible for digital nomads (some level of WiFi / starlink) - Opportunity to make friends (know there’s a bunch of Hermanas and couch surfing communities to chat with) - Good food (heard Costa Rica isn’t great for this) - Affordable / Inexpensive once we get there - Warm Weather - Limited planning required
I’ve heard that Costa Rica has a bunch of eco villages which sounds incredible for plug and play sort of experience, and lots of nature to immerse ourselves in. Whereas I feel like I’d want to plan out a proper itinerary for Brazil or Argentina, since there’s so much to do there and we’d like to make the most out of time. Curious if anyone has a good itinerary they’d be willing to share!
