Stronger small “Kong” pet toy

So I have a cat who LOVES to chew. I get him kitty and puppy kongs because they are his size, but he plays with them so much that he ruins them and tears them apart in like 2 days (he will play with it and chew it with no treats in it). Does anyone know of a place where I can get the same small (cat/puppy size) kong that is just a lot stronger? I know the small ones only cost like $3, but that adds up when I have to replace it every week. Also I get worried when he breaks portions off of it because I don’t want him to accidentally swallow the small, broken off parts because he can choke.
