Hey first contract and I’m about to PCs I have 21 days of use or loss leave days and was only granted two weeks for PCs. Is this the standard amount and why am I not being allowed to utilize my use or loss leave days? Thank you. We just got back from rotation and no one is here but when I’ve ask I’ve been told it’s being kicked back cause of op tempo.
