Is my feral cat being aggressive to me?

Its been a year and she has to stay in one room of the house. She will sometimes trill at me and hen jump up and grab my arm with light claws. Not enough to draw blood.

Usually its becaue im sitting in chair next to computer. she likes to rub my hand if I put it down for her but then will pull back and grab it, or grab my thigh if I go back to work.
