dog obsessively/randomly ate a ton of grass on our walk today then threw it up

he eats grass often and we try to make him stop but it is honestly unavoidable. Usually it’s not too bad but. today, he was obsessively eating grass literally anywhere he could find it (neglecting to pee and poop on our walks). He was choking on it too but wouldn’t stop. Then we came home and he was choking/hiccuping and we gave him about a teaspoon of hydrogen peroxide in a turkey baster and he threw up two thick piles of grass (about a cup each in clear saliva/liquid like 15 mins later. Should I be concerned and take him to the vet or will this pass? For reference he is about 70 lbs and is a pitbull/beagle mix
