credit card travel insurance - what is considered prepaid costs?

I just booked a flight to Europe.

I used my debit card to book the flights because the cost of the flights is more than my credit limit on my card so there's no way the transaction could go through.

However, I did book the cruise that I'll be going on whilst there on the card. That cruise costs more than $500.

My credit card specifies that I must spend $500 on prepaid costs to be eligible. They however don't specify what "prepaid" costs mean in the PDS (https://www.nab.com.au/personal/ins...ard-insurances/international-travel-insurance).

Would paying for the cruise whilst I'm there mean I'm eligible?
