My cocker just turned 1. He’s always had a thing for scratching the door, but otherwise his social anxiety is just that and whining. He doesn’t pace, use the bathroom, or tear anything up. And when I’m around, he’s chooses to be on his own spaces. He doesn’t sleep with me by choice either!
We’ve just moved into a new apartment and I’ve got a new job, noon-630. I know that he doesn’t scratch for long, but today I left him for the first time today and he did take some paint off of my front door.
Any tips on training the scratching out? Considering he isn’t showing signs of destruction otherwise. And separation anxiety
